Premier Care Package

Transport from the hospital, a focus on overall safety and comfort for the patient
Includes:
- 5 hours of nursing care (x 2 days)
- Transport from discharge location to preferred environment or meet you there
- Medication pickup
- Discharge summary review
- Settle in safely
Premium Care Package
$660
Premier care plus pain management, light meal prep, and a focus on rest and relaxation for the patient
Includes:
- 7 hours of nursing care (x 3 days)
- Pain management
- Light meal prep
- Rest and relaxation techniques/support
Deluxe Care Package
$960
Premier and Premium care plus care team consultation at discharge, medication organization for the week, environment readiness, education for helpers (family/friends), and hourly care management/monitoring
Includes:
- 10 hours of nursing care (x 4 days)
- Meet with you and your care team at discharge
- Medication organization for the week
- Environment readiness
- Education for helpers (includes family/friends)
- Care management/monitoring
Concierge Nursing Services
Hourly rate nursing care services provided in preferred environment. Serving the state of Maryland.
General Nursing Care
$100/hr
Injection administration, IVF, blood drawing, wound care, medication management, ostomy care, line/drain/tube management, application and removal of compression garments
Personal Care
$100/hr
Bathing, dressing, incontinence care, toileting, promotion of safe mobility, light meal preparation, Post Op Massages
Companionship Care
$100/hr
Light errands, medication organization/reminders, light housekeeping, light exercise, encouragement/support, essential oil therapy, sit and talk time (great for elderly loved ones)
Educational Care
$80/hr
Oxygen management (education only), line/drain/tube management, wound care, compression garment assistance, assistive devices, exercise, nutrition, medication management, medical terminology
First Aid Certification
$65/Person
First aid certification from American Heart Association for yourself or your family members
Additional hours and services may be added to customize any package. All skilled nursing services require a discharge summary. Subscriptions available. We do not accept insurance.
