About Us

Nicole is the founder of Best Care Essential LLC. She is a native of the Mid-Atlantic area and has spent most of her career working in the top medical systems and with some of the most vulnerable populations of patients. While obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Nicole decided to pursue a degree in human behavioral psychology as well, to help her gain better insight into what it takes to connect with the nature of a person.

Nicole has gained an extensive amount of experience in the areas of Cardiac Intermediate Care, Neurological Intermediate Care, Adult Medical Surgical Care, Adult Telemetry, Psychiatry and Nephrology through her studies and work.

While providing care to patients in the hospital, Nicole struggled with the idea that oftentimes patients leave the hospital setting lacking the necessary support and resources to have the best chance at recovery. Seeing this need ignited Nicole’s passion to provide personalized care for patients recovering from a major hospital visit. She believes high quality care is essential to wellness and offers the best possible outcomes for patients. 

Best Care Essential LLC, was created to bridge the gap between major hospital visits and living life beyond the hospital discharge, and give Nicole’s clients that best chance.
