Patients must be at least 18 years of age to agree to services. We serve patients  from 18 years to the Elderly.

Our prices/rates are based on the average time researched to complete a personalized care service. 

Packages are designed to be adjustable to individual desires/needs. Talk to us about your needs, and we can direct you to the appropriate package and adjustments. 

Best Care Essential LLC makes every effort to work with you and your care team to coordinate your needs.

If your surgery is changed, we request at least 24 hours written notice. We will make every effort to work with your new scheduled surgery date.

If your surgery is canceled, please provide us with the written cancellation notice and we will make every effort to work with your new arrangements. 

You may unsubscribe from membership services at any time. Cancellations received before the next payment date will prevent any future charges. 

We request at least 24 hours notice for refunds for scheduled services.
